Delivery & Return Policy

DELIVERY

 

1. Shipping Options:

  • We offer Standard Delivery within the UK, which typically takes 2-4 working days.

  • Express Delivery options are available at an additional cost, with estimated delivery within 1-2 working days.

  • International Shipping is also available, with delivery times and charges calculated based on the destination.

  • Please note, we do not dispatch on UK public holidays, so delivery times may be affected during these periods.

 

2. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate depending on the courier.

 

3. Delivery Issues:

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of the dispatch notification (or within 28 days for international orders). Unfortunately, claims made after these windows cannot be accepted.

 

 RETURNS

 

1. Return Eligibility:

  • We offer a 7-Day Return Policy on all products that are unopened, in their original packaging, and undamaged.

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, unless they are faulty.

 

2. Faulty or Incorrect Orders:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund upon receiving the returned item in its original condition.

 

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service for a return authorization and instructions.

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accompanying documentation.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Return Shipping:

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping within the UK. For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

 

5. Statutory Rights:

  • Our return policy is designed to provide a simple and customer-friendly approach, and it is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
